We recognize buying clothes online can sometimes lead to mistakes due to size differences, not all children are the same!

Our general returns policy is as follows, if you have any specific questions ./ requirements, please use the contact us form and we will be happy to discuss.

• Returns accepted with 14 days of delivery, providing:
• Item is unworn and in original packaging
• Reason for return is wrong size or damaged or not as depicted on the website
• To request a refund, please contact us (email address below) and we will advise how / where to return the item to.
• Once item received, refunds will be processed via the same means used to purchase
